Seth is a Partner within PwC’s CLM (“Contract Lifecycle Management”) Tech team, with 20 years of experience in contract analysis and transformation. He has led relationships with contracting tech vendors for over 8 years, and has deep experience in Contract AI and CLM. He has worked across a range of geographies including North America, the UK and Europe, and the Caribbean while based out of PwC US and PwC UK offices.
Relevant Experience
•Seth has performed significant work on the people, process, and technologies that drive the contract lifecycle for customers and suppliers. His contract transformation work includes applying leading technologies in AI/ML for contract digitization of legacy contracts as well as implementation of CLM systems to drive ongoing automation and technology benefits to the contract lifecycle and beyond. Illustrative project experience includes:
–CLM implementations at large enterprises spanning Aerospace & Defense, Pharma, Health Care, Financial Services, and Oil & Gas companies
–CLM implementations integrated to other major technology stacks for clients, such as Salesforce, SAP, Peoplesoft, TPRM, SSO, and e-signature
–CLM discovery, design, and vendor selection projects across a range of large enterprises spanning global trading houses, manufacturers, oil & gas, professional services, and other industries.
•Seth has also performed extensive work previously in his career in the finance, compliance, and lead to cash functions, as well as digital transformation initiatives.
