I am a skilled and experienced contracts and commercial professional, having managed many large, outsourced contracts over the last 15 years (values ranging from £50m up to £200m per annum), with major international blue-chip clients. I have a strong track record of delivering innovative and creative solutions for customers and am also recognised as a trouble shooter with a broad range of experiences, to fix major commercial disputes (ranging in value up to £20m).
Having held several senior management positions, I have experience across all elements of the contract lifecycle and in many disciplines including P&L / account, relationship, programme, and operational management etc, with particular emphasis in all areas of transformation.
Personal strengths include a decisive and creative approach to commercial problem solving, political awareness, well developed negotiating skills and flexibility in dealing with rapidly changing business demands. I am a very driven individual, who is extremely results / outcome focussed. I have extensive experience of leading cross-functional project teams and negotiating at senior level with “blue chip” suppliers.
