Amanda Bresler is President of PW Communications, a woman-owned small business providing proposal and business development support to government contractors worldwide. In 2019, she founded SHELDON, a data science firm serving U.S. government clients. A recognized expert in defense procurement and military innovation, her research has been published by leading institutions and media outlets, and she regularly advises Congressional and Senate stakeholders on acquisition policy. Amanda contributed to Section 220 of the 2019 NDAA and testified before the House Committee on Small Business in 2024. She is also active in business and community leadership organizations and is a graduate of Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
