NCMA General Survey report

This report provides a comprehensive analysis of key challenges in procurement and contract management as identified by various organizations through a survey conducted by CMI between March 1, 2024 - April 26, 2024. With 819 responses, the survey aimed to understand the prioritization of different challenge categories and how these concerns vary across different organizational contexts.

Additionally, we explore the role of digital technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Robotic Process Automation in enhancing procurement and contract management. This dual approach provides a holistic view of the evolving landscape, addressing both the distinct and common issues encountered by different sectors and how technology adoption can drive improvements.
